Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast With Mozzarella And Parmesan
This Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast is so delicious tempting! the combination of cheeses makes this stuffed chicken a perfectly good and one of our family’s favorite dinners.
Ingredients
Chicken
- 3 chicken breasts wash and drain
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast With Mozzarella And Parmesan |
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3/2 cup shredded fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese
Spinach Cream Cheese
- 2 cup fresh spinach or 8 oz frozen spinach chopped
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
Spinach Cream Cheese
- Place the spinach over boiling water in a pot about 2 to 3 minutes, until wilted. Remove from the pan and allow to cool, then squeeze the spinach and chop small.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic. Saute garlic in oil 2 minutes, add the spinach and cream cheese. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted about 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Chicken
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- In small bowl add in almond flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. mix all together.
- Cut each chicken breast into butterfly. Lay each chicken into cutting board sprinkle chicken breast evenly with mix spices both side.
- Spread the spinach cream cheese over the chicken breast. Then top each chicken breast with mozzarella cheese and parmesan. Close the chicken breast and tie 3 parts of the rope.
