Fruity Pebble Breakfast Bread
This Fruity Pebble Breakfast Bread is delicious fresh out of the oven, and any that’s left over makes a great addition to the grab-and-go breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt sub out
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Fruity Pebble Breakfast Bread |
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- Cream Cheese Drizzle
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Mix sugar, oil, greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add salt, baking powder and flour, mix until smooth
- Fold in cereal. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool on cooling rack.
Cream Cheese Drizzle
- Beat cream cheese butter and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Add milk, beat until smooth.
