Fruity Pebble Breakfast Bread

This Fruity Pebble Breakfast Bread is delicious fresh out of the oven, and any that’s left over makes a great addition to the grab-and-go breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt sub out
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Fruity Pebble Breakfast Bread

  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • Cream Cheese Drizzle
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, oil, greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add salt, baking powder and flour, mix until smooth
  2. Fold in cereal. Spray loaf pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool on cooling rack.
Cream Cheese Drizzle
  1. Beat cream cheese butter and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Add milk, beat until smooth.
