A 90 second keto bread recipe and a few minutes of frying time is all it takes to make this easy and simple low carb french toast. A super simple keto breakfast, snack or even keto dinner – cuz I know I love breakfast for dinner.
Ingredients
For the Bread
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder

For the Coating
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients for the bread in a microwave-safe dish.
- Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- Allow bread to cool for a few minutes before cutting.
- Whisk all ingredients for the coating.
- Dip both sides of the bread in the mixture.
- Pan-fry in butter for 2-3 minutes per side.
